In attentively reading the various Sammarinese news-bulletins and it was beautiful to see that the Segreteria di Stato per gli Affari Esteri organized this year’s edition of the Soggiorni Culturali for you.

 It is literally marvelous for you, the young Sammarinesi, (For Now!) to discover the places of origin of your parents and grandparents.

 Together with Secretary Mularoni you were introduced to their Excellent Regents near the grandiose office in the Palazzo Pubblico, and received words of welcome and the slogan:

 

To imagine, to Create and to Innovate

 

At the end of this important event, you were invited to visit other historical museums, offices, and also the numismatic office.

 They have driven you around and introduced you to many local institutions, and taught you traditions that are purely Sammarinese.

 They have exposed you to the typical Sammarinese kitchen and to the delicate products of our Land.

 They have guided you through the rooms of the Museums, showing you your country’s history, hosted by Genga, an association devoted to preserving the past of San Marino.

 You will be guests in assisting and participating in excursions and you will learn almost all of your country’s origin.

 We say ''Almost all'' because we doubt that the Segreteria degli Esteri will want to tell you to remember to your younger brothers and sisters, who are approaching their eighteenth birthday, to go the Consulate offices for the Republic in the city where they reside, to enroll in the San Marino registery without wasting too much time, or be forever cancelled from that registery, and the beautiful sentence your heard during your visit to the Palazzo Pubblico, that ''the emigrate is a resource for the Republic of San Marino'' will become only a joke.

 Nobody told you that your parents do not have the same rights of parents who reside in the territory.

 No one has told you of the obstacles that it prevents those who reside in foreign countries the restitution of stolen rights that with a signature on a piece of paper “due to the high number of births in Argentina, America, France and, perhaps, also in Italy?

 Has anyone told you not to complain too much you on the rights because it could be worse, and even cancel the Soggiorni Culturali?

 We, who are writing, are sure that you, our children love this Land and you will love her to a point that if one day you are asked to help, as your fathers and mothers did, you will promptly help and ask nothing in return but only to be true citizens with equal rights. We are also sure in believing that for any nation that has citizens in so many parts of the world are an indispensable asset, to protect, and to guarantee its survival.
