Judge Nicholas Hamblen dismissed yesterday in London, the allegations of the Cassa di Risparmio di San Marino (CRSM) that, for the first time, had reported a bank of his Majesty,Bar-clays, directly on the level of fraud (and not simply the 'opacity') in a matter of derivatives.
