Sul sito Sepa di Banca d’Italia ancora la Repubblica di San Marino non figura fra i Paesi aderenti. Ed è rimasta la scritta:
La SEPA ricomprende tutti i pagamenti in euro effettuati
all’interno dei 28 Stati Membri dell’Unione Europea
(UE) con l’aggiunta dell’Islanda, della
Norvegia, del Liechtenstein, della
Svizzera e del Principato di Monaco.
Invece sul sito Ufficiale Sepa si legge:
Inclusion of San Marino in the jurisdictional scope of the SEPA Credit Transfer and SEPA Direct Debit Schemes effective 1 February 2014. 31-01-2014
In December 2013, the Plenary, which is the decision-making body of the European Payments Council (EPC), agreed to extend the jurisdictional scope of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Schemes to eligible banks or payment service providers from San Marino effective 1 February 2014. As of that date, the jurisdictional scope of the SEPA Schemes will thus consist of the 28 EU Member States plus Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Monaco and San Marino. The duly amended EPC List of SEPA Scheme countries is made available on the EPC Website (see ‘related links’ below).
